Happy Monday!!
How is your long weekend going? I spent time relaxing and doing some light and gentle exercise. Settling into the new season of Winter, slowing down and nourishing myself with soups and turmeric teas. Ok ok, also a lot of pizza and a couple of treats :)
Letting you know that I am teaching two classes this week.
